Sponsors: NSF/University of Arizona
StartDate: 07/2002
PI/Co-PIs: Dr. N.E. Graham
Collaborators: University of Arizona, Tree Ring Lab (Dr. M.K. Hughes)

The scope of this project is to exploit Tree Ring records by use of coupled ocean-atmosphere model results in order to explore possible causes for phenomena seen in them. The HRC research focus is the linkage of proxy records of Late Holocene surface climate deduced from tree rings to the output of coupled ocean-atmosphere models. The project is conducted in collaboration with staff of the University of Arizona Tree Ring Lab.
