Gridded Threshold Runoff System
The threshold runoff system (threshR) developed by HRC in 1995 combines the processing power of GRASS, a Geographic Information System (GIS), with state-of-the-science hydrologic and hydraulic models. ThreshR is in operational use by the US National Weather Service in real-time flash flood prediction.
